DAMAGES
All flowers are picked and inspected to make sure there in perfect condition, and are packaged very well, however if any damage accrues during delivery, just take photos and send them to us and if satisfied that the damage has been caused by currier, we will reimburse you money.
DELIVERY
After choosing your itam the flowers will be made up the same day, then sent out the next day by DPD for next day delivery, and tracking will be given so you can follow the delivery of your order
If the order is local enough to deliver it will be delivered in person
You can also avoided paying delivery by picking up yourself,when order is ready to pick up you will be contacted and arrangement can be made when to pick up.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
If your not satisfied with your order timeless petals will do everything possible to correct the issue, if still not happy you can return the itam to the cost of the customer and money will be refunded as soon as itam has been returned, but must be in same packaging as sent in and in the condition that was sent out, unless damage has been caused by currier
